Creating a customer experience as innovative as the products itself, there is never a dull moment at the Alex Monroe boutique in London.

Customers are treated to a friendly and relaxed service, and can also take their journey with the designer further by joining in with workshops or enjoy a bespoke consultation and take part in boutique events. Most recently, the designer-maker flagship, which won with 30% of the votes, has hosted a summer party, product launches, and create-your-own sapphire ring events.

The British designer’s boutique also offers personalised engraving, and in-store exclusives.
