In a race involving the industry’s biggest ecommerce giants, Beaverbrooks has been named Omnichannel Jewellery Retailer of the Year at the Professional Jeweller Awards.
Jewellers in this category had to strength in not only operating a physical store, but an online service as well.
When it came to this category the race ended up being mainly between three jewellers, but in the end Beaverbrooks won with 26% of the votes.
