Police release CCTV images of suspects in jewellery robbery.
Police have released CCTV images of men they are seeking in connection with the robbery of a jewellery store near Colindale.
The store was robbed last Thursday by three armed men, one of whom posed as a customer to gain entry, the Harrow Observer reported.
Several pieces of jewellery were stolen from the store, the owner of which was assaulted as he attempted to stop the robbers, who ran off in the direction of Kingsbury Circle. He was not seriously injured, but was later treated for a minor facial injury and shock.
Police have released a description of the suspects. The first is depicted as a white man, about 5ft 1in tall, of heavy build and aged between 18 and 25. He has dark hair and may be clean shaven.
Suspect two is described as a black man, around 5ft 5in tall, slimly built and aged between 22 and 25.
The last suspect appears to be a white man, possibly of Easter European appearance, aged 18 to 20 and with a strong build.
