Pressleys customers enjoy Hans D Krieger trip

Pressleys Jewellers is celebrating the success of a recent client trip to Hans D Krieger in Germany, giving loyal customers the chance to see the brand’s headquarters and manufacturing facilities in action.

Here, Pressleys store manager and Professional Jeweller’s Shop Floor Star 2014, Gemma Clive, explains why the trip was so successful and why these kinds of customer-brand-retailer interactions are great for business.

Pressleys Jewellers have just returned from an exclusive two day client trip visiting German designers Hans D Krieger in the picturesque town of Idar Oberstein.

A small group of loyal clients joined the Pressleys team in an exclusive opportunity to visit the master goldsmiths at work in their own surroundings on the Frankfurt/ Luxembourg border.

The trip was a fabulous opportunity for Pressleys to thank their clients for their support and loyalty and have the unique opportunity of visiting the Krieger workshop and witnessing first hand, the intricate care and attention to detail that represents the Krieger brand.

The visit included hands on diamond polishing, design to manufacturing process and the in-house wax casting workshop which is one of its kind in the location.

Aside from sampling the fabulous German hospitality of continuously flowing champagne and fine food, the group stayed in the fabulous Park Hotel, owned by the Krieger company.

The following day culminated in an exclusive outing to the Krieger vault to witness some of the finest quality pieces of Krieger jewellery which are not usually exhibited in the UK.

It was an amazing experience for all involved and cemented the strong relationships that Pressleys hold with their clients/ friends and suppliers alike.

Client feedback was truly overwhelming and it was commented that this had been, ‘ a wonderfully orchestrated trip by Pressleys and Krieger- Fabulous jewellery, lovely food and drink and wonderful company… not so grateful for making the bank balance less!’

Another client mentioned that she had ‘ racked her brains trying to think of a way to say thankyou for such an amazing trip. They felt ‘priviledged to have experienced the Hans Krieger and Pressleys hospitality and had been made to feel very valued’.

It really was a fabulous opportunity to thank our loyal customers and spend some great quality time together surrounded by the beautiful jewellery that represents Hans Krieger. A huge success for everyone involved and we cannot wait to do it again!
