Jewellery e-tailer Pulse Tech UK has renamed the business jewellerybox Ltd as the company supports its primary retail brand, jewellerybox.

The e-tail company launched in 2014 and has enjoyed strong revenue growth as increasing numbers of fine jewellery shoppers turn to the internet to bag a bargain.

Professional Jeweller Hot 100 Retail Star 2014 and jewellerybox managing director, Alex McMillan, says of the rebrand: “This is a super exciting time for us as a company as we concentrate all our fire power on jewellerybox as a brand.  Since launching jewellerybox in 2014 we have been overwhelmed by the response from our customers.  From day one we set out to show that you can buy quality, fashion-led fine jewellery at costume jewellery prices, and that message has really resonated with our core customer base.  This corporate rebrand is simply the next natural step in our journey.”

As well as its online offering, jewellerybox has had a busy 12 months expanding its operation onto the high street with recent pop up shops in Brixton and Brick Lane.  The London-based company has also significantly expanded its overseas sales with European exports accounting for over 20% of revenue.

“Exports have been great,” says explains jewellerybox director Dave Clark. “I think that will continue regardless of the result of the EU referendum on June 23.  But it’s the UK high street that has us really excited at the moment.  We have such a loyal customer base and we can’t wait to start showcasing more of our products face to face.”

The company filed its change of name resolution with Companies House on April 28 2016.
