App will allow users to browse, read reviews and place orders.
QVC has updated its free iPhone app giving customers on the go access to its full range of more than 15,000 products.
Users of the app can use a special Buy Now tool to place an order within the app using their existing account number and PIN whilst new customers can use Call to Order to contact the QVC Customer Care team if they have any queries.
The app has been designed to bring the most up-to-date products to users, and its homepage features daily special offers and one time only offers. App users will also be able to view the current item being aired on the TV, and the last 25 on-air items.
In line with many similar platforms currently being launched through Facebook, the QVC app will prvide full product details and customers ratings and reviews. All images will be of a high enough quality to allow for zooming-in, and customers will be able to choose different sizes and colours of products, where available.vUsers will also be able to search by item number, product description, brand or phrase.

The services to support the app were developed in-house in conjunction with QVC USA and can be extended for other mobile devices including Android and iPad.
