Katie Webb-Jones of In the Pink to head up Selfridges London space.
Katie Webb-Jones, general manager at north of England retailer In the Pink, is set to make the move to London to head up the Shaun Leane concession in Selfridges.
Webb-Jones has worked for In the Pink, owned by her mother Karen Webb-Meek, for two years. Prior to this she worked for bead brand Chamilia and Danish Concept Stores, which operates nine Pandora concept stores in central London and the south east of England.
Webb-Jones will be London-based for the new Shaun Leane managerial role at Selfridges on Oxford Street. She said of the role: "I am looking forward to working with the Shaun Leane brand, in one of the key locations for shopping in the UK."
In the Pink operates two stores in Grimsby and Cleethorpes. They became members of buying group The Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ) earlier in 2013. Webb-Jones said at the time: "Over the next few years [In the Pink] hope to establish ourselves as niche jewellers, offering on site jewellery repairs and engraving, and also offering our customers something a bit different to the high street chains."
