Lebanese jeweller is latest to sell at Annoushka as guest designer.
Selim Mouzannar has unveiled several brand new designs in London this week, as a guest designer at Annoushka’s South Molton Street flagship store.
The Lebanese jewellery designer, who sells through Harrods, Harvey Nichols and independent jeweller EC One, has launched never-before-seen jewellery at the store, updating his founding Beirut collection.
New lines include multiple gemstone rings with curved gold settings that fit against the finger, making the designs softer to wear and the stones less exposed when worn.
Mouzannar has himself been in London this week promoting his role as the new guest designer at Annoushka’s central London store. The guest designer initiative was launched by the brand and store’s director Annoushka Ducas and has previously welcomed international jewellers Dickson Yewn and Wendy Yue.
Mouzannar told Professional Jeweller: "I have been in contact with Annoushka Ducas for more than 18 months, we were planning to launch a collection here and today [March 5] is the day.
"I have brought most of my collections here and some brand new designs, which are being shown here even before my shop in Beirut, are the new pieces are in the Beirut collection."
Mouzannar’s work is typically made in rose or yellow gold, with evident references to his Lebanese heritage, and Turkish and Russian architecture and design motifs. Rose cut diamonds and gemstones are also a signature of his work.
