The glittering Zhivago necklace that evokes the Russian winters.
Every winter brings the will it/won’t it question of snow. Will we get it on December 25? Who knows, but if you find yourself in Russia, chances are the white stuff is going to fall.
Ever a brand to toast its roots, Fabergé’s aptly-named Le Collier Zhivago is a snowflake-embellished multi-layered necklace, glittering with nine pear shaped white diamonds totalling 3.90ct, 453 round white diamonds of 20.11cts.
A total of 39 Akoya pearls are set along the three strands of 18ct white gold that complete the necklace, while its fine diamond tassel represents the silent, falling snow of Russian winters, conjuring up cool ice palaces and the romance of winter balls.
