Simon Carter to speak at licensing issues seminar

Jeweller to be guest at UK Fashion & Textile Association seminar.

Members of the Fox Williams’ Fashion Law Group will be talking at a UK Fashion & Textile Association seminar on ‘How to licence your brand’ on April 29 2015.

The guest speaker will be Simon Carter of men’s jewellery brand Simon Carter Limited, who will be talking about his own experiences of licensing the Simon Carter brand.

The seminar will take place at UK Fashion and Textiles London and will look at an overview of licensing, licence agreements, trade mark issues when licensing and the end of the licence agreement.

After the seminar people will have the opportunity to discuss their own issues with the speakers.

Simon Carter started a career designing men’s accessories in the 1980s and is known for his ‘Aspirin cufflinks’, in which two aspirin can he hidden. Carter has a wide range of men’s jewellery and cufflinks.
