Premium packaging company Talbots will be moving to a new purpose-built facility tomorrow (July 28) as part of its ongoing expansion drive.
The brand, renowned for its high quality packaging, will leave behind its premises in Birmingham and begin life at a new West Midlands sit, just minutes from Birmingham Airport and the NEC.
The facility will serve as a tailor made design studio and head office and will allow Talbots to better facilitate its continued drive for modernisation and product innovation.
With the move, Talbots customers will enjoy even better customer service that’s fully focused on their needs both now and in the future – benefiting from rationalised support operations.
Managing director of Talbots, Julie Fowler-Drake, comments “At Talbots we’re always looking for proactive ways to innovate and come up with solutions for packaging needs. Our relocation to a new, purpose-designed site will allow us to drive forward such modernisations, both in terms of product and service.”

Talbots customers are assured that the move has been closely coordinated in line with production and distribution schedules. Customer care will continue Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm during the transition period, retaining high service levels and support availability. Customers with any urgent packaging requirements are advised to place their orders directly with their account manager as soon as possible in order to guarantee priority stock allocation.
