Trollbeads joins the RJC

Trollbeads confirms its commitment to responsible business practice.

Bespoke jewellery brand Danish Trollbeads has joined the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).

Trollbeads, whose parent company is Lise Aafaard Copenhagen, became an official member of the RJC in March 2010, thus demonstrating its practices conform to the organisation’s strict set of standards for responsible practice.

Lise Aagaard Copenhagen CEO Lise Aagaard said: “Trollbeads is proud to join the Responsible Jewellery Council and is fully committed to responsible practices in meeting high standards of ethical, social and environmental performance.”

“Our retailers and customers can be confident that Trollbeads takes its social corporate responsibility seriously and strives to ensure that it’s ethical and quality control is second to none”.

The international not-for-profit organisation was established was formed in 2005 to reinforce consumer confidence in the jewellery industry. It does this by promoting responsible business practices throughout the diamond and jewellery supply chain.
