Jewellers offered raffle prize to raise money for the Air Ambulance.
Tustains Jewellers in Leamington Spa donated a piece from their fine jewellery collection to the Episode Hotel’s spring fashion show to raise money for the Warwickshire Air Ambulance in March.
Tustains was among many local businesses that helped to raise £1,560 for the charity that regularly transports victims of trauma to surrounding hospitals.
Director of Tustains, Tom Milner, commented: “The Air Ambulance provides such a valuable local service that, when they approached us for help, we were delighted to support their fundraising by selling tickets and providing a Swarovski silver and pearl bracelet towards the raffle”.
Business development manager for Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA), Liz Weston, said: “The wonderful raffle prizes offered by local businesses meant everyone who came bought lots of tickets on the night.
"This event raised almost enough to fund a complete mission, which costs around £1,700. As a Charity, we are very grateful to everyone who was involved in contributing to the success of the Fashion Show and we hope that we can count on their support again in the future.”
