Tustains named finalist for customer care award

Hot 100 Retail Stars impressed in recent customer service survey.

Tustains Jewellers have been named finalists in the Customer Care category of the Pride of Warwick District Awards.

Judges of the Customer Care catergory are said to be on the look out for occurrences of exceptional customer service. Tustains’ new consultation room, which has been designed with the sale of wedding jewellery in mind, has helped secure their place in the final. The room allows privacy and quiet for when couples are selecting a ring; as well as staff being able to focus solely on the customer and their preferences.

A recent independent survey was offered to Tustains customers and results showed an overall score of 98% in the customer satisfaction section of the optional questionnaire. When asked what impressed them about Tustains, some comments included “An A star shopping experience” and “Always good service, used many times in the past.”

Tustains has had a constant presence in Leamington as a family run business. It is overseen by Joe and Tom Milner, 2012 Professional Jeweller Hot 100 Retail Stars, who pride themselves on continuing the philosophy of first class customer care that they say was instilled in them when the shop was run by their father.

The Pride of Warwick District Awards will take place on July 5 at The Chesford Grange Hotel.
