Lady Arpels Polar Landscape and Butterfly Symphony win awards.
Van Cleef & Arpels has won two prestigious watch prizes at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève and the Grand Prix du Public.
The luxury watch house claimed the Jewellery and Artistic Crafts Watch Prize at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie for its Lady Arpels Polar Landscape seal decor. The watch has a sky of turquoise mother-of-pearl dial desorated with waves made from enamel, icebergs sculpted in mother-of-pearl and animals dotted with diamonds.
Meanwhile its Butterfly Symphony watch from the Poetic Complications collection was awarded the Ladies Watch Prize at the Grand Prix du Public, which is the only watch prize determined by the public. The retrograde watch depicts the time with two butterflies in place of hands that fly round the dial.
