The new Warrenders re-fit.

Surrey jewellers uses dark wood bespoke furniture to improve layout.

Surrey-based family jeweller Warrenders has carried out an extensive refurbishment of its Sutton store – the first for 40 years.

The store has had a makeover to bring it up to date, with a new layout that Warrenders has described as ‘fresh’, designed with the customer in mind.

Warrenders has added reception-style counters and merchandising on the shop floor that lead to a newly added consultation area creating a much larger retail space.

The company has added bespoke shop fittings in a dark wood to add a feel of heritage, while allowing the jewellery to stand out with a new lighting scheme.

Warrenders’ sales manager Jim Donnelly says he is delighted with the refurbishment. “Customers still find the same friendly and professional customer service that Warrenders is known for, but we are now better equipped and have a space that is completely dedicated to our customers and their shopping experience.”

The retailer was founded in 1947 and specialises in diamond and precious gemstone jewellery lead by a family team that is presently in its third generation.
