A new online fine jewellery retail platform is set to launch, with over 30 renowned brands jumping onboard from day one.
Internationally known brands such as Messika and Amrapali will sit alongside British fine-jewellery houses such as Boodles, Theo Fennell, Elizabeth Gage and Pippa Small.
There will also be a plethora of independent contemporary fine-jewellery talent, including Anais Rheiner, Antonini, Bee Goddess, Bibi van der Velden, Dauphin, Hannah Martin and Ileana Makri.
Additional names on the lineup include Lizzie Mandler, Loquet London, Maison Auclert, Milamore, Nak Armstrong, Nina Runsdorf, Pasquale Bruni, Raphaele Canot, Roberto Demeglio and Shelly Zucker.
Founders Shezan Amiji and Vishal Mehta said they created the consumer destination portal to challenge the pressures of a ‘fast-fashion’ culture.
Once CEO, Shezan Amiji, said: “As a new technology platform, Once bridges the gap between fine-jewellery buyers and sellers, makes the industry more efficient and transparent, while offering a simplified visitor experience.
“Everyone can now discover new and classic fine-jewellery designs spanning a range of budgets at one dedicated destination.”
Meanwhile, co-founder, Vishal Mehta, added: “As someone who comes from a leading third-generation diamond-specialist family, fine jewellery is a significant part of my life and career and that is why at Once we value the art, provenance and craftsmanship of the fine-jewellery universe.
“We look forward to bringing the best fine-jewellery designers and brands from across the globe into the Once community’.
