New UK jewellery trends analysis service launches into market.

Professional Jeweller has teamed up with newly launched trends analysis service Adorn Insight as its official trade media partner.

Adorn Insight is run by Juliet Hutton-Squire, founder of successful consumer jewellery trends website Adorn London and previous Professional Jeweller contributor, and fashion journalist and jewellery author Maia Adams. The new analysis arm of the business is aiming to create a point of difference in the market by breaking down and translating theoretical, and often whimsical, trends garnered from the worlds of fashion and global culture into easily accessible inspirations for jewellers and jewellery retailers in the UK.

Hutton-Squire said: “Our biggest selling point is the application – distilling it down for the industry.”

As part of the deal, Adorn Insight will create exclusive intelligent editorial trends content for Professional Jeweller magazine each month, starting in the April issue.

Professional Jeweller editor Rachael Taylor said: “I have been a fan of Adorn London since its launch, which is an inspiring source of jewellery trends at the consumer level and when Juliet approached me about the launch of Adorn Insight, which will take the business to the next level by dedicating itself to the UK jewellery trade, I was very keen to get involved as I am confident it will be a success.

“By teaming up with a dedicated jewellery trends business it will allow us, as a magazine, to have a richer trends offering and it also allows us to do what we do best – support fresh, inspiring, energetic businesses in the UK jewellery industry that we feel have a synergy with the philosophy of Professional Jeweller.”

The online-based service, which can be found at, is industry focused and accessible by subscription only. The company is also offering a consultancy service to the jewellery trade.

As part of the subscription, Adorn Insight customers will have access to detailed information on a wide variety of micro and macro trends in the jewellery sphere, detailing both current and archived seasons. They will also be emailed with a new monthly trend report, allowing the site to be reactive to cutting-edge trends.

The link up with Adorn Insight is the latest in a string of partnerships announced by Professional Jeweller. The magazine is also the official trade media partner for London Jewellery Week and for PureJewel’s Platinum Heritage initiative.
