Digital pet monster part of charm range for both kids and grown-ups.

Amber Atherton, the founder of online jewellery boutique My Flash Trash, has collaborated with kids entertainment brand Moshi Monsters to create a line of playful silver jewellery.

The collection of charm jewellery includes clip-on charms with four sterling silver designs with an RRP of £22.

They will be sold exclusively through My Flash Trash, having launched on Monday December 19. The collection will then expand into retail outlets in the new year.

Atherton, who is part of hit TV show Made in Chelsea, described the partnership as “a huge first joint venture” for My Flash Trash.

“In collaboration with Moshi Monsters we have created they’re first range of jewellery,” said Atherton. “Although it’s a kid’s company we are aiming this at teens and 20-somethings too.”

20-year-old Atherton launched My Flash Trash in 2008. Today it sells more than 30 jewellery brands and has recently secured private investment from a US backer.

The Moshi Monsters brand is the brainchild of Michael Acton-Smith, an internet entrepreneur and games developer who founded the company Mind Candy.

Moshi Monsters is a children’s entertainment brand with a reported 50m users worldwide, who can sign up, adopt and nurture digital pet monsters. The brand launched a number of physical products such as books, toys and a magazine this year.
