Newly-launched affordable jewellery brand Ania Haie has secured a raft of global distribution contracts and accounts off the back of Vicenzaoro, just two weeks into business.
The brand, which was created by the founders of Chrysalis and launched on January 16, has confirmed distribution deals with companies in Italy, Latin America, Spain, Austria, Canada, Greece, Poland and Lebanon, as well as in the UK.
The jewellery brand, which showcased at Vicenzaoro last week, has also opened new accounts within France, Spain, Greece, Romania, Lebanon, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
Since its launch two weeks ago, Ania Haie has reported success in the USA, the UK and Ireland where customers have already placed orders and reserved the brand for their respective territories.
The brand will be showing at the Spring Fair trade show from February 4 to 8 in Birmingham.
Professional Jeweller spoke to the brand at its launch earlier this month to discuss its entry into the jewellery market.
“We had been thinking for quite a while about launching a brand that is trend-driven and affordable for the fashion-conscious lady who keeps looking for more,” explained Ania Haie co-founder, Andy Maine.
Maine added: “The problem for retailers at the moment is they will have designs on display for about six to 12 months, and it starts to get stale. So, we wanted to create a brand that was about creating new looks, having new trends, and following fashion regularly. So every month we will launch new looks, depending on the trend of that moment.”
