App rapidly speeds up process of wholesaling jewellery


A new Wholesale App launched by Pursuit is gathering momentum in the industry after transforming the way that products can be presented to jewellery buyers.  

The app is a selling tool specifically designed for use by sales executives, representatives and agents of jewellery and watch brands and wholesalers.

It recently exhibited the system at Citywest Jewellery Ireland and said the response had been fantastic.

Managing director, Mike Burns, commented: “We are enormously encouraged by the response the new app generated. Brand and wholesaler sales people were quick to recognise the value it brings to the way they present products to retail buyers. It speeds the process of selling and taking orders and transmitting them transmitted to head office, enabling quicker delivery to customers.”

Burns claims there is nothing on the market that matches its power to cross-search catalogued products and show the particular price point, or metal, stone colour, design theme, ring size or mix-and-match selections that a retailer is interested in. It runs on an iPad-type tablet and carries full catalogue details, images and customer information.

“The app can be set up to hold details of all customers, or this can be restricted to customers of a specific individual sales executive,” he said. “New customers can be added at any time. In situations where there is no internet access or WiFi, orders are stored and emailed the moment a connection is available.”
