Applications now open for IJL’s revamped seminar programme

Members from the jewellery industry have been invited to discuss key issues as part of International Jewellery London’s (IJL) redesigned seminar offering.

IJL organisers have opened its IJL Inspire Seminar Programme to submissions to offer industry professionals the chance to discuss issues that matter and the trends that look to shape the jewellery and watches sector in the future.

Anyone from across the jewellery industry can get involved, from emerging design talents to established brands, with retailers, buyers, designers, gem dealers, Assay offices and suppliers all encouraged to take part.

The seminar submission form will be accessible via the IJL website until the deadline for submissions on the 22 June. IJL will consider all submissions and let people know if they’ve been successful by the end of June.

IJL spokesperson, Orna O’Brien, said: “Education and training is a core part of International Jewellery London and our seminar programme is an important part of this.

“This year IJL is re-launching the seminar programme, IJL Inspire, and we feel this is a good time to open the floor to IJL’s exhibitors, visitors and the wider international jewellery industry to participate. We are very excited to see the variety of seminars that will be proposed. We hope everyone will submit their seminar ideas, and attend IJL Inspire events.”

  1. Hi. I am messaging from IIDGR (International Institute of Diamond Grading & Research), part of the De Beers Group of Companies and it would be great if we could come and talk about the threat of Synthetics and how the IIDGR is at the forefront globally to combat this threat, and how we are helping businesses convey this confidence back to the consumer.
