Online retailer drives relations with gem guides and customer service.
Online retailer Astley Clarke hosted a double launch last week with the unveiling of a new website and five new in-house jewellery collections.
Astley Clarke, which has championed online jewellery retailing in the UK, has taken time to focus on the product and gemstone knowledge that it offers its customers as well as its customer service.
The site features new branding and website design and a host of new features including its “entertaining new gemstone guides”, historical details of famous jewellery collections as well as the dos and don’ts of jewellery care.
The Astley Clarke design studio has also created new collections including its Menagerie range, featuring animals such as foxes and owls, with campaign imagery also created for the new launches. The new ranges will sit alongside new designer additions to Astley Clarke’s line-up of designers, including Solange Azagury-Partridge, Mizuki and Coralia Leets.
As an improvement to its customer service offer, Astley Clare has also launched an improved customer service area, putting faces to names and offering a “meet the team” section, and a bespoke design page to help consumers with creating their own designs through Astley Clarke.
