Luxury British jewellery brand Astley Clarke has partnered with the LOUM app to offer central London residents a 30 minute delivery service.
Astley Clarke will be the Luxury Orders Using Mobile (LOUM) app’s inaugural retail partner. LOUM offers instant delivery for luxury goods, which enables consumers to purchase a range of items and have them delivery instantly from a luxury store by a LOUM deliver driver.
With instant delivery, LOUM not only provides convenience, but also extends the luxury experience of buying an Astley Clarke piece. From the moment of purchase, consumers can track the LOUM delivery driver on a map via a live feed until the moment it is in their hands. Items will be delivered in full Astley Clarke packaging.
For central London customers, the app allows for a piece of Astley Clarke jewellery to be transported from the Astley Clarke store to a consumers home in as little as 30 minutes.
In addition the app also provides product photography and exclusive video content, offering consumers with a complete 360 approach to jewellery shopping with commentary from an Astley Clarke jewellery expert.
The app launched on the app store at the beginning of this week.
