The Cass students using new technologies to form geometric jewellery.

London-based Colombian designer Ana Thompson studied Industrial Design and has an MA in Jewellery Design with distinction from the The Cass design school in East London.

The Spin cufflinks (pictured) are an example of her quirky unisex jewellery designs that explore the world in its most magnified form, utilising new technologies and processes to create geometric patterns and lattices. Other designs include necklaces that appear as though they have been dipped in thick, black oil, and body jewellery inspired by the shapes and form found in nature and the patterns they create.
