Berens & Company Limited, the parent company of Berry’s Jewellers, have announced that all employed staff will receive a generous one-off cost of living support payment to assist with rising inflation.

Head of operations for Berens & Company Limited, Simon Oxby, announced the support payment on Thursday 20 October 2022.

The one-off payment will be paid to staff in their November 2022 salaries to assist them with the rising cost of living as we move into the winter months.


The payment will be made to Berens & Company Limited retail, web and head office personnel.

In his letter to all staff members, Simon Oxby said: “As a family business, and as you are part of the Berry’s family, with the current economic climate of rising inflation, high interest rates and increasing fuel costs, Simon and Jeffrey would like to help you all during these unprecedented times.”

A number of grateful messages have been received from staff and the company feels blessed to have such great people working for Berens, the company reports.
