American singer Beyoncé and rapper husband Jay-Z have begun the former’s 40th birthday celebrations early with the announcement of a new sponsorship deal with jewellery brand Tiffany & Co.
The Houston-born Knowles who turns 40 in a few weeks’ time is featured on the September cover of Harper’s Bazaar, partly to announce the new partnership with Tiffany.
The brand Tweeted the below, noting the more-than 21ct diamond she wears around her neck, but is yet to reveal more details of how the duo will fulfill their roles as Tiffany ambassadors.

Tiffany & Co, now owned by LVMH, is also the sole sponsor of Harper’s Bazaar‘s September issue, with a number of its pieces worn by Beyoncé in imagery featured in her interview.
On her many ventures outside of the music industry, the singer told the magazine: “I’ve done so much in 40 years that I just want to enjoy my life. It’s hard going against the grain, but being a small part of some of the overdue shifts happening in the world feels very rewarding.
“I want to continue to work to dismantle systemic imbalances. I want to continue to turn these industries upside down. I plan to create businesses outside of music. I have learned that I have to keep on dreaming.”
This is the second announcement of A-lister additions to Tiffany’s growing list of ambassadors in recent weeks. Read more below about Anya Taylor-Joy’s new partnership with the brand:
