Bransom Retail Systems is looking to expand its account management team following significant growth.

The company has seen its client base grow considerably over the last five years and is now looking to invest further in enhancing its customer support.

The sales team, led by associate sales & marketing director Daren Daniels, has already recruited Sue Wall, Zarah Lloyd and Emma Leigh to focus on account management as well as new business development, and is now looking to add field-based account managers to ensure clients are kept up to date with developments.

Daniels explains: “Our imminent product releases and development plans mean that we more than ever need to keep our clients up to date and ensure they are fully aware of new developments. We are fortunate to have such a large and loyal client base so now is the right time to make these changes and help support them. Adding field-based specialists means that we can be even closer and more available to our customers.”

“New cloud-based services such as our new live sales analyser and web-based stocktaking have changed the game in jewellery retail, and we will be expanding these applications, hence the desire to strengthen our client relationships program,” Daniels adds.
