British designer Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery has designed a meaningful collection with the aim to donate all profits to mental health charity, Mind.

The new line, which features three pendant designs, each engraved with a stargazing illustration and inspirational quote designed to ground consumers in times of trouble or unrest, only launched online this week but the first batch of pieces have already sold out.

On the first day of sales alone, the independent jeweller made approximately £2000 in profit from the specially-made collection to donate to the UK-based charity.

The eponymous brand founder shares: “We are extremely proud to be donating 100% of the profits made on this collection to the charity Mind. As someone who has personally suffered with anxiety in the past, I understand how important it is to have the right mental health support available to us. They do a fantastic job and we are very honoured to be able to support them with this collection.”

She adds on the inspiration behind the pieces: “I wanted to design something that reminded each of us to pause, be in the moment and remember how special we are. When I was young, I used to sit on my windowsill at night, breathing in the smell of the night air and looking up at the dark blue sky. It would make me feel happy and feel full of wonder looking out at the vast space above me full of twinkling stars.”

Following high demand for the collection, the designer will be adding more stock to the website too.
