Bridal jeweller teams with Holts Academy to provide programme.

Brown & Newirth will now offer additional retailer training services to its customers through Holts Academy’s Professional Retail Development Programme (PRD).

After a successful pilot, Holts Academy launched its Professional Retail Development programme earlier this year, delivering affordable, flexible and specialist training for jewellery retailers.


Brown & Newirth has taken on the PRD program to add to its existing portfolio of retailer and customer-focused support services.

Chief executive officer and principal of Holts Academy, Lee Lucas, said: “We are very excited to be working with Brown & Newirth. As part of the training Holts will offer a mystery shopper service, plus retailers can create their own training programme by selecting modules covering over 50 different subjects – each one is adaptable to deliver different levels of knowledge and skills. The training is face to face giving delegates the opportunity to practice in a safe environment, learning through experience.
