Brown & Newirth supports growth plans with refocused senior team roles


British engagement, wedding and eternity ring manufacturer, Brown & Newirth has refocused the roles in its senior team in order to support the company’s ongoing growth, here in the UK and internationally. 

With immediate effect John Reid and Gareth Thomas will divide their responsibilities with Reid taking up the position of head of sales exclusively, taking overall responsibility for sales development across the business.

Meanwhile Thomas, will will continue to manage his existing accounts, takes up the newly created role of head of brand development.

Commenting on the changes Brown & Newirth director John Ball said: “As our business continues to prosper through the hard work, dedication and discipline of our management team, it is clear that the board needed to further define their roles of responsibility in order to maximise their individual skill sets to further help support our planned future growth.

“John and Gareth have proved themselves to be integral to the continuing success of the business therefore the changes reflect their individual skill set which, will help continue to add value and ensure that Brown & Newirth achieve its future aims and objectives.”

Elsewhere within Brown & Newirth’s senior management team, Jane Rogers and Lyndsey Mitchell will continue to assume their roles as Head of Customer Services and Head of Production respectively.

Brown & Newirth is set to unveil several new collections and individual design peices at International Jewellery London (IJL)  plus, make a special announcement soon with regards to their very first partner ‘Boutique’.
