Bulgari reveals designs by late British architect

Italian jewellery house Bulgari has launched new jewellery pieces designed by the late Iraqi-born British architect Zaha Hadid.

Partnering with the globally renowned architect before she passed away last year, Bulgari called on Zaha Hadid to design new pieces for its B.zero1 range. Today, Bulgari has introduced the new B.zero1 Design Legend ring and pendant.

Combining Zaha Hadid’s architectural genius and Bulgari’s jewellery-making prowess, B.zero1 Design Legend jewels honour the shared vision of the two design legends. Sculpted into undulating gold waves, the collaborative design juxtaposes Roman tradition and Italian modernity.

The new ring and pendant recall the grandeur of Rome’s Colosseum in their designm with Hadid reinterpreting the original B.zero1 into a fusion of golds and bold design. The pieces feature the late architect’s iconic fluid and curvaceous design trademark.

Clasped by two flat rings, which are engraved with the classic Bulgari logo, the central body of the ring takes the shape of undulating gold waves flowing freely in a dynamic movement.

The new ring design takes form in four new creations enriching the B.zero1 constellation: A 4-band ring crafted in pink gold; a 3-band version in white or pink gold; and a pendent crafted in pink gold.
