The bumper February 2017 edition of Professional Jeweller is available to read online now, featuring an eye-catching cover image from jewellery manufacturer and supplier Domino.

This issue is jamp-packed with exclusive content, not to be found anywhere else in the jewellery industry.

First of all, our editor was the very first person to sit down with the new Pandora managing director, Brien Winther, to find out what his plans are for the UK market, how he will lead the business, what retailers can expect from him as a boss and what his focus is for 2017. Read our exclusive interview with Winther on pg.37.

Furthermore, our editor also hosted an exclusive roundtable with senior executives from the UK’s leading jewellery brands. Find out on pg.42 what the managing directors from Trollbeads, Swarovski, Forevermark and Thomas Sabo had to say when they were sat together discussing the rapidly-evolving UK jewellery market and how the whole industry can work together to make it thrive.

As always, the Professional Jeweller team also visited a city to meet jewellery retailers in the area. This time we went to Nottingham (p.48) and met with businesses who shared their concerns for the high street and what they do to stand out.

Elsewhere we present an analysis of the bridal jewellery market, discover the jewellery set to hit the shelves in SS17 and meet with SAND Diamonds CEO Dovi Friedmann.

We also present to you the inaugural Professional Jeweller Awards which will celebrate the shining stars across the entire industry.

And if that’s not enough we caught up with independent retailers Argento and W E Clark to see how business has been going, discuss changes being make and discover plans for the future. We’ve also partnered with Gecko to write a piece on how businesses in the jewellery industry can walk a path more ethical.
