Carbon fibre fine jewellery brand C6 by Anne Cohen has reported a successful appearance at Jewellery & Watch last week, with new accounts and growing interest in the brand’s statement diamond jewellery.
C6 used the show to debut a new line of stud earrings designed specifically for the UK market, with 3D cube and round carbon fibre shapes set with white diamonds. It also presented products from its mainline collection.
Dovi Friedmann, chief executive officer of Carbo VI, exclusive sole agents to C6 in the UK, comments: “We had a very positive J&W show despite low footfall, securing a new account with The Jeweller’s Guild and another large account overseas. Additionally, we are now in discussions with a large hotel chain to stock C6 across their 5-star hotels.
“There was particular interest in the men’s collection, with two high-end men’s e-tailers vying to sell C6. Of the rings, Supernova, Stardust and Quintet drew the most attention, whilst the Audi Sport collection blew visitors away, with existing stockists looking to add it to their C6 packages and larger retailers enquiring about it. The stud earrings also garnered considerable interest, with three pairs sold directly to visitors at the show.”
The brand will also be showcasing its collections at The CMJ’s Spring Trade Event at Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole on February 21-22.
