Long Acre shop is fifth for Swarovski’s multibrand retail concept.

Cadenzza has launched its UK flagship store in London’s Covent Garden, marking its fifth retail opening in the past seven months.

The shop – located close to fashion retailers H&M, Gap, COS and Zara and accessories brands Kate Spade, Mulberry and Les Nereides – opened to the public yesterday. It comes as Cadenzza seeks to transform the UK jewellery market with its "multi-brand fashion jewellery experience".

The shop will house jewellery collections made using Swarovski crystals or elements from designers such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Versace and Oscar de la Renta alongside Mawi, Anton Heunis and Bibi Bijoux.

The interior of the store features a new designer wall, designed to highlight the freshest jewellery talent in the industry, as well as a catwalk window and open displays allowing customers to easily try on pieces.

To draw customers to the store and toast the occasion, Cadenzza will hand out free hot chocolate to passersby, both outside of the store and in the Covent Garden Piazza from Thursday to Sunday on December 12 and December 19.

Cadenzza marketing vice president Elisabeth Stark said: “Having had a soft launch of the brand to the UK market earlier this year, it really is exciting for Cadenzza to now be able to have a flagship, right in the heart of London, in Covent Garden. With a huge variety of designers on offer, we hope this will prove to be just the right location for present-goers and after work shoppers alike.”

The brand also launched its e-commerce presence in the UK on November 11, offering more than 1,000 products – including statement jewellery, headphones and men’s accessories – from more than 60 designers.
