Birmingham-based jewellery manufacturer Charles Green has bolstered its bespoke capabilities by welcoming a new CAD designer.

Following a rise in demand for personalisation items with a 20% year-on-year growth since 2014, the company has appointed Annabel Lumb to boost the size of its design team.

Lumb graduated from the Birmingham School of Jewellery and has gained her experience previously working at Hockley Mint.

Her responsibility will not only focus on customer enquiries but Lumb will be using her experience to assist in producing new collections to support further business growth.

Oliver Sutton, managing director of Charles Green, said: “The trend and popularity for bespoke jewellery shows no sign of abating, so our aim remains to support retail jewellers by providing a quick and easy to use service and we’re delighted to welcome Annabel into our growing bespoke team at Charles Green. I’m sure she will be a valuable addition to our business.”
