Fashion jewellery brand ChloBo has announced the appointment of Joanne Palmer as retail sales director.

Palmer will report directly to the chief executive as she drives the wholesale recruitment programme and supports the 130+ strong network of existing retailers.

The appointment comes as part of ChloBo’s national push, which began last year with investment in national advertising, online activities and heavyweight expansion of the marketing and communications team, alongside new premises and development of the in house production resource to meet growing demand.

Palmer has been involved with ChloBo since the commencement of its wholesale operations in 2009, until recently as a principal of their external sales agency. She will bring brand and product knowledge along with continuity for the existing retailer network after the buyout earlier this year of the sales agency agreement.

Chief executive officer, Dave Rosalskim, is committed to doubling the ChloBo retail network this year, commenting: “This is another important and significant appointment for ChloBo. Jo will be working alongside our marketing team to ensure that local support, training, promotions etc are delivered with excellence to our retail partners and will be the voice of the retailer within our company.

“We have significantly increased the industry experienced manpower in all departments and now have a very strong team ready to take the company in to the next stage of its planned growth.”
