Charm bangle concept brand, Chrysalis, has been enjoying rapid growth over the past few months.
The brand, whose Wishes range won Professional Jeweller’s Charms and Beads Collection of the Year 2015, has been growing its presence both in the UK and internationally.
Most recently, Chrysalis has opened several new shop in shops throughout the UK and Ireland.
Last week, a Chrysalis shop-in-shop was installed into Mococo’s Liverpool store and cabinets in its Wrexham, Ruthin and Birkenhead branches were filled with Chrysalis’ incase displays.
Mococo managing director, Maureen Hooson, says: “We launched the Chrysalis brand just last week in four stores and have been more than impressed with sales so far.
“The brand were so quick and efficient with installation and training that we hit the ground running. The stock arrived set up on point of sale allowing customers to purchase instantly and the back stock system has been well thought out to allow a transaction to flow smoothly which is vital for any high volume turnover brand. Definitely an impressive start to our relationship with a new brand.”
Internationally Chrysalis has been expanding its presence all round the globe.
Notably, in the USA and Canada, jewellery company Richline has been distributing the brand and Chrysalis currently has over 800 stores.
Latin America distrubtor, Shlopili, has opened 40 Chrysalis stones in the last month. Director Andy Maine says: “They just started one month ago and customers are reporting great sales.
“Shlopili was not expecting such big reorders and were really happy with how sales are going.”
Other international highlights include 225 stores now in Italy IBB Milano. Maine adds: “We expect to have a really amazing 2016 in Italy as we expect to have 500 stores by the end of the year. We are now sending our cabinets to our Italian customers and we did our first shop in shop in Milano this week.”
Elsewhere, more than 190 stores in Portugal are set to have Chrysalis shop-in-shops implemented in 2016, while Spain opened up 40 accounts in the last few weeks and the Manor Group chain of department stores in Switzerland implemented 11 Chrysalis shop-in-shops last week.
Chrysalis will continue to push into local and international markets throughout 2016.
