Clarity & Success ‘overwhelmed’ by response at IJL 


Clarity & Success has hailed International Jewellery London 2019 a success, with the managing director saying the firm had an “overwhelming” and “fantastic response” as more and more jewellery look to enhance the customer experience.

The company was exhibiting alongside new acquisition Bransom Retail Systems, which makes the group now the largest provider of jewellery-specific stock management systems in the UK.

Clarity & Success UK managing director, Karen Russell, shares: “We not only met and talked with a large part of our existing client base, but met many new potential customers and the underlying theme is the need to utilise the business management system to enhance the customer journey and experience through marketing. Making more use of the data and its analysis has become a stronger need than ever.”

She continues: “We were also able to meet and talk to our Bransom clients and reassure them that it’s business as usual and that the bsmart system is going to be around and supported for some time to come.”

The company showed its Evolution system, the latest generation of fully-integrated inventory, EPoS and repairs management software designed specifically for use on Windows 10, along with its native apps for mobile PoS, live sales reporting and stocktaking.

And it wasn’t just software that caught visitor’s eyes – the new gold jewellery repair bag and custom gift and loyalty card printing add extra image and professionalism at the point of sale, enhancing more aspects of the customer experience.

Bransom products on show included the established bsmart system featuring the new Making Tax Digital VAT interface, PLEDGE pawnbroking software and the standalone repairs management suite.
