Pearl jewellery designer Claudia Bradby has announced she will be supporting Maggie’s this October, throughout Breast Cancer Awareness month, by launching limited edition Maggie’s pink studs.

Built in the grounds of specialist NHS cancer hospitals, Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres empower people to live with, through and beyond cancer. Bringing together professional help and communities of support, Maggie’s supported over 89,000 people affected by cancer across the UK last year.

To launch the new partnership, Claudia Bradby Jewellery has pledged to raise £2,400 to ‘Sponsor a Day’ at Maggie’s, first through the sale of the Maggie’s Pink Studs, followed by the Claudia Bradby staff participating in triathlons and hosting raffles and bake sales.

Claudia Bradby says: “We are so excited to embark on a partnership with Maggie’s, with this October’s donation and an exclusive piece which I will collaborate with Maggie’s to design a piece which will be launched next autumn, with all profits from the design donated to Maggie’s, so stay tuned for this exciting piece.”

The Maggie’s Pink Studs cost £36.00, with £10 from each sale donated to Maggie’s. The studs feature pink freshwater cultured pearls on sterling silver posts. Claudia Bradby is also offering free delivery on each pair of the studs, which are available to purchase online.

Gemma Chance, partnership manager at Maggie’s comments: “Maggie’s are thrilled to have the support of Claudia Bradby Jewellery. We are looking forward to supporting staff to reach their ‘sponsor a day’ goal and can’t wait to begin working together on the Maggie’s bespoke piece for 2016.”
