Welsh brand smashes all time sales records at February trade events.
Clogau says its 2015 jewellery lines have been their most successful yet at two trade events in February.
The Welsh company, which is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary, is marking the year with a Heritage collection, but is also showing its contemporary touch with the full launch of a bespoke engagement ring creator called Clogau Compose.
This bespoke service for creating new engagement and wedding rings has doubled the brands average transactional value in addition to doubling their sales volume from retail partners who have been offering it since a soft introduction August 2014.
Jewellery & Watch Birmingham 2015 was been Clogau’s most successful show to date. With record breaking sales, six new accounts opened – doubling the amount of business the brand wrote last year at the show.
Two weeks later at the CMJ buyers’ meeting, Clogau notched 36% year-on-year sales growth.

The feedback we’ve had on our new Spring & Summer collections and Clogau Compose has been hugely positive and valuable, and having the opportunity to bring our refined and polished Clogau Compose collection to the shows has been a great achievement for the brand,” said Ben Roberts, Clogau’s managing director.
