Artemis Couroupaki joins brand to aid international expansion.
Welsh jewellery brand Clogau Gold has hired Artemis Couroupaki as its new business design manager as it looks to extend its reach overseas following a hugely successful year with the royal wedding.
Couroupaki is part of AktYs Consulting, a team of professionals that aim to boost their client’s value optimizing efficiencies, boosting brand awareness globally and ensuring long term profits.
David Butler, Clogau’s head of global sales said: “Artemis will be a great addition to our team here and her experience in sales and brand management at the Folli Follie Group, with the brands Folli Follie and Links of London, will help us to achieve our global brand ambitions.”
Couroupaki will work with Clogau’s sales team and its brand management team. It is looking to grow globally with an eye on next year’s Diamond Jubilee as a potential route to reach more international customers.
The brand enjoyed a great deal of exposure in the spring, with its associations to the royal wedding. It showcased collections in Heathrow Airport and has a number of international airline clients.
Clogau’s director Ben Roberts has previously said that topping this year’s figures will be a big focus in 2012.
