Jewellery brand back on board to support event for third year.

Clogau Gold are back on board to sponsor the Professional Jeweller Hot 100 for the third year in the row, but this time the Welsh gold jewellery brand will be swapping the best dressed competition for the best photobooth snap.

In 2011 and 2012 Clogau Gold sponsored the Professional Jeweller Hot 100 party by bringing a best dressed competition to the event, asking guests to pose for the magazine’s snappers to be in with a chance to win a bespoke piece of jewellery. For the 2013 party, the brand will be bring back this fun element to the party but will instead ask guests to create the best photobooth picture.

There will be a Clogau Gold photobooth at the Professional Jeweller party that guests will be able to use free of charge. Once the bulbs have flashed guests will be given a Clogau Gold-branded print out of the photos to keep as a souvenir of the evening.

Meanwhile digital versions of the photos will be posted on Clogau Gold’s Twitter feed @clogau live from the event. The photobooth will be run by Anarchy Photography

After the event, the best of these photos will be gathered together and posted on the Professional Jeweller Facebook page where they will be put to the public vote. The photo with the highest number of likes will be the winner and will receive a prize from Clogau Gold – a bespoke piece of jewellery.

Clogau Gold brand manager Sonia Menezes said: "Clogau are delighted to be involved once again with the Professional Jeweller Hot 100 event. The Best Dressed competition in 2011 and 2012 was a huge success.

"This year we are going for bigger and better and have worked with the Professional Jeweller team to create something new and exciting. The 2013 Hot 100 guests will be able to capture the moment in the Clogau themed photo booth and take away a lasting reminder of what is sure to be a fabulous evening."

The Professional Jeweller Hot 100 party will take place at One Marylebone this year, which is the fourth venue for the party in four years. Access to the party is by invite only.
