Welsh jewellery brand Clogau has unveiled its new collections for AW15, focusing on rose gold hues, semi-precious gemstones and pearls.
The new collections, which will launch in August, include Peacock Throne, Ar Dân, Tree of Life Pearl and Affinity stacking rings.
The Peacock Throne collection is inspired by a famous golden throne built for the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the early 17th century, featuring silver steps, golden feet set with jewels and two peacock tail decorations with enamel, diamonds and precious stones. Clogau’s representation is crafted in 18ct gold.
The Tree of Life Pearl range offers an unusual take on pearls, while the Ar Dân collection derives from the phrase Ar Dân, Welsh for ablaze or on fire. This range of occasion jewellery is accented with sparkling white diamonds and white chalcedony, red rhodalite and blue topaz cradled by yellow, rose and white golds.
Finally, the Affinity collection is a nod to the symbiotic relationship Clogau has with its Welsh heritage.
