Pearl jewellery specialist, Claudia Bradby Jewellery, has launched a new collection featuring natural pink pearls for SS17.
The new Garbo range has been designed to celebrate the naturally occurring shades of pink found in real pearls. The designs, reminiscent of 1920’s glamour, reflect the brand’s signature style of creating classic pieces with a modern twist, in this case through the careful selection of a contemporary colour palette.
Highlights of the collection include a long rope necklace and matching bracelet of subtle mixed hues of pink, purple and peach coloured stones. Also new is the single string ‘Greta’ necklace and bracelet in a delicate dusky pink shade that flatters most skin tones. The coordinating Greta chain necklace combines four white pearls with a central pink stone on a silver chain to emphasise the beauty of the individual pearls.
“The natural variation of colours used within the collection makes each piece unique,” shares brand founder Claudia Bradby. ” When choosing the colours I was inspired by the lush pinks found in exotic birds and plants, along with the current trend for art deco inspired fashion.
“As with all of my collections, wearability and versatility are important and I find that these pink shades work equally as well with strong colours or pattern as they do with chic black or white. Natural pink pearls sold well for us last summer so we have introduced more designs to allow for a good display in-store.”
Also new for 2017 are additions to the bestselling Duo’s earrings range. The Duo earrings are now available in pink and white or double pink colour options.
