WINNER: Genevieve Schwartz – He Said Yes
Genevieve Schwartz shook up the bridal jewellery category this year with the He Said Yes collection of men’s engagement rings.
It is far from uncommon nowadays for a man to be on the receiving end of a proposal, and there is a burgeoning market of jewellery collections catering to both men and women hoping to pop the question to their male partner.
The designer recounts the story of when her partner proposed to her with an engagement ring. Knowing her profession, the first reaction of friends and family was to ask “Are you going to make him one now?” And this was how the idea for the He Said Yes collection was conceived.
The five-piece capsule collection is her first dive into designing men’s jewellery. Acknowledging that men rarely wear diamonds, but still adhering to the tradition, Schwartz has included stones in a subtle fashion in the rings.
Domino Jewellery – The Collection
Including over 350 diamond rings, Domino Jewellery’s The Collection is one of the most extensive ranges of bridal jewellery after a spring update saw the addition of 17 new pieces.
The range is complemented by the supplier’s comprehensive retailer support. All rings in The Collection are stocked in platinum across multiple sizes, which means retailers can receive their chosen ring within a matter of days.
Gemex – Raphael Collection
Gemex’s The Raphael Collection comprises a range of engagement rings and eternity bands, displayed on an up-to-date B2B website and with innovative new products added throughout the year.
The company also offers jewellery such as necklaces, earrings and bracelets, as well as loose diamonds. The Raphael Collection is a third-generation design house, only available through selected jewellers.
De Beers – Bridal range
As well as being the world’s premier diamond mining company, De Beers produces some of the most luxurious jewellery on the market, and is particularly known for its bridal range.
The De Beers Jewellers website reveals the brand’s enviable selection of bridal and engagement rings for women, as well as men’s wedding bands and women’s wedding day jewellery through a massive range of price points.
