Jewellery making supplier Cookson Gold has extended its call centre opening hours, ensuring its customers can benefit from more accessible advice regarding available products and outstanding orders.
Phone lines will now be open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
In a survey conducted in April 2014, 70% of respondents said that Cookson Gold displayed ‘trade benchmark’ customer service, dubbed ‘the best around’. The majority of customers also divulged that they would be happy to recommend the jewellery supplier to a fellow industry member.
Cookson Gold’s commercial manager Adam Hunter said: “Many customers tell us they fit jewellery making around full time jobs and childcare. We strive to offer the best standard of customer service in the jewellery making industry – but until now theses customers have been missing out.
“We want to ensure all our customers can easily access the help they need, so we’ve decided to open our call centres for longer. Now, all of our customers can shop for their jewellery making tools and supplies with the confidence that help is at hand whenever they may need it.”
