Cookson Gold launched a brand new multi-platform website on September 15, designed to improve functionality and responsiveness across tablet, mobile and desktop devices.
To celebrate the redesign, a range of new products, special offers and exclusive deals will be available to customers throughout September.
The new website was created in-line with feedback Cookson Gold received from an e-survey conducted in April of this year. It now has a revised and restyled navigation system to help customers browse for or buy products they need with ease.
Cookson Gold currently offers 17,400 products; including popular branded items and findings, metal sheet, clay and precious stones.
In April’s e-survey Cookson Gold’s website scored eight out of ten. Feedback from the e-survey highlighted that clearer product photography would better represent products. As a result, the company has introduced larger product images to its new site.
Cookson Gold commercial manager, Adam Hunter commented: “Our new website will make shopping online with Cooksongold quicker, easier and more accessible. We understand that our customers need to be able to find what they are looking for, and as we have such an extensive range of products, we have redesigned our website to make this process easier.
“For us here at Cooksongold, it is important that our customers can successfully access our website when they are on the move. So, we’ve made it mobile friendly, meaning our customers have easy access to our website all day, every day, regardless of where they are.”
Alongside the launch, Cookson Gold has introduced a new range of jewellery design products, including stationary and paper pads.
Hunter added: “In line with the launch of the new website, there will be plenty of exclusive offers and deals, as well as a range of new products for the jewellery maker. These are well worth watching out for.
