Award-winning British manufacturer, Curteis, has declared its factory now fully open and ready for business.

After a gradual re-opening, all the Curteis production facilities are now back up and running – with even the on-site Assay Office returning this week.

Orders can now be taken via the website, by phone or by email, with the sales team on hand to help discuss any enquiries or special requirements jewellers may have.

There will, however, understandably be slightly longer lead times to begin with while the company adapts to a new environment and working with limited staff to ensure the government’s work safety guidelines are adhered to.

Henry Curteis says: “We continue to reach out to our staff, customers, suppliers, contractors and the jewellery industry as a whole to keep safe and well during this time.

Following Government guidelines, we are now operating ensuring we adhere to a new way of working. The factory has been adapted, accommodating new working regulations for the safety and wellbeing of our all staff, which is our priority at all times.

“We are currently running with a reduced number of staff, but we are confident we will maintain the level of service you’d expect to receive from Curteis.”
