Retail software firm Cybertill will be returning to the Professional Jeweller Awards next year as a supporting partner.

Cybertill provides retailers of any size with a low risk path to digital transformation.

Championing customer experience is at the heart of Cybertill, and the firm works closely with each individual client to meet their specific needs.

Already Cybertill has helped a number of jewellers take their business to the next level and now it is looking to help more and back the trade as a supporting partner at the 2020 Professional Jeweller Awards.

Cybertill CEO, Ian Tomlinson, says on the decision to re-sign as supporting partner: “Cybertill decided to re-sign as a Supporting Partner as we are committed to supporting jewellery retailers achieve retail excellence, from creative design, to innovative tech and everything in-between.

“Cybertill certainly enjoyed the 2019 Professional Jeweller awards. It was a great way to meet new people with different roles within the jewellery industry and find out about more about their businesses. It was also inspiring to see the kind of work being done on the high street and online, along with the creative teams that were nominated.

“The Professional Jeweller Awards is inspiring. Last year, Andrew Brown, Director of Beaverbrooks was celebrated with a Lifetime Achievement Award, highlighting how events like this recognise more than just selling, it’s about making a difference.”

Professional Jeweller prides itself on offering an awards that provides ample opportunities for networking and meeting the many inspiring individuals within the trade on the night.

Looking towards next year’s event, Tomlinson adds: “We are looking forward to the 2020 awards to see how the jewellery industry is evolving, and Cybertill is honoured to be able to support, not only well established jewellery brands, but rising stars setting out on their journey.

“Jewellery retail is unique, it’s personal and exception consumer experience is essential, which is why Cybertill is a proud advocate of the industry.”
